La Policía desarticuló una organización con ramificaciones en varias ciudades de España que trasladaba al país a jóvenes extranjeros con la promesa de jugar al fútbol, falsificando certificados de matrícula en centros de idiomas.
Los miembros de este grupo, cuatro en total, captaban a los jóvenes en sus países de origen a través de anuncios en páginas web, con intención de ofrecerles en España cursos de tecnificación y pruebas en equipos de fútbol, según informó este viernes la Jefatura Superior de Policía de las Islas Canarias en un comunicado,
Tras una investigación que se inició a raíz de que se detectara a varios jóvenes que, supuestamente, habrían falsificado documentación para entrar en territorio español, los agentes detuvieron a una pareja en la ciudad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a una mujer en la localidad madrileña de Móstoles y a un hombre en la ciudad de Córdoba (sur).
Todos ellos fueron arrestados como presuntos autores de los delitos de falsedad documental y contra los derechos de los ciudadanos extranjeros.
Según el ‘modus operandi’ que pudieron trazar los agentes, los detenidos presentaban ante la Subdelegación del Gobierno español falsos certificados de matrícula en centros de estudios de idiomas, principalmente de español, haciendo pasar a estos jóvenes por estudiantes para obtener la autorización especial de estancia por estudios, cuando realmente venían a jugar al fútbol, fichando por equipos de diferentes categorías.
Estos chicos pagaban entre 1.000 y 1.200 euros mensuales en concepto de pago por trámites de extranjería, estancia en domicilios alquilados por los detenidos, cursos de tecnificación y pruebas en equipos de fútbol, y también abonaban las matrículas para estudiar en centros de idiomas concertados por los investigados.
La pareja detenida en Las Palmas de Gran Canaria está formada por una abogada que se encargaba de tramitar la documentación necesaria, y un representante de fútbol cuya función era captar a los jóvenes futbolistas en sus países de origen.
Por su parte, la detenida en Móstoles era la administradora de una sociedad dedicada a la tramitación de documentación de ciudadanos extranjeros, mientras que el joven arrestado en Córdoba es uno de los chicos que se beneficiaron de los certificados de estudios falsos para obtener la autorización de estancia por estudios en España, detalla la Policía en el comunicado.
